At the time of its foundation in 1974, Martin & Lévesque (1983) inc. specialized in the commercial sector of the uniform market. It worked towards building a solid system of sales representation and customer service all across Canada.

Martin & Lévesque really broke into the canadian market in 1980, when it added the dress uniform for policemen and firemen to its product line.

A second generation began to participate actively in the company's expansion in 1983, constantly creating new clothes for various sectors of the garment industry.
